CT Man Charged After Drugs, Currency Seized During Warrant Search

A Connecticut man who was suspected of operating a drug factory was arrested following a warrant search at his home for alleged possession of drugs and cash.

Litchfield County resident Felix Rios, of New Milford, was arrested on Wednesday, March 16 by members of the statewide Narcotics Task Force.

During the search, officers seized:

  • 66.8 grams of cocaine
  • $1,950 in cash
  • 2.1 pounds of marijuana
  • Percocet pills
  • Drug paraphernalia
  • Drug ledger
  • Digital scale with the cocaine residue

Rios, age 39, was charged with:

  • Operation of a drug factory
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Possession with intent to sell a non-narcotic substance
  • Possession with intent to sell a narcotic substance.

He was released after posting a $100,000 cash or surety bond.
